Soaking your feet before bed can also promote better sleep.

How to Use:
Aim for a water temperature of two to four degrees warmer than your body temperature to experience the healing benefits of the salt soak. Soak in the tub for 15 to 20 minutes or your desired time. When you finish, dry off and apply foot cream or moisturizer to your feet and legs.
